Of course it’s the latter! *cough* No, let me reword this…it’s probably a good book to start with, for anyone who hasn’t explored the vegan cuisine much, and who doesn’t have a lot of experience with cooking in general.
It’s helpful in the same way supermarket magazines are helpful, and about as fun to read. I couldn’t shake off the feeling that vegan cuisine was hyped in that book…which may be a reason why it’s so immensely popular (ratings on Amazon!), as there’s a current health rage in Germany.
Not for experienced cooks, plus the tips and most of the recipes can be found online anyway.
