    Fresh Pea and Spinach soup

      :O Do you blend the spinach too?

        I take veg stock, a diced potato, lots of frozen peas and about half a big bag full of spinach, a hand full of fresh mint and coriander, set it to boil until the dice are tender, then blend the whole thing, add salt and pepper and a little bit of cream. YUM.

      BAKED tomato soup? O_O You mean you roast them in the oven/grill first and then blend them into soup?
