Kartoffelsnack by Pfanni (German website) is the mashed potato equivalent of cup noodles; instant, fast, cheap, not filling at all, disgusting and delicious…and OH MY GOD I just looked at the website and THEY HAVE EVEN MORE FLAVOURS NOW.

    Hmm, I remember Knorr used to have foil bags with fast cooking pasta dishes for 2 persons, of which the taste ‘Pasta al Funghi’ (with mushrooms) was really delicious. They were quite filling also. Sadly it has been discontinued in The Netherlands.

      Oh yes, those were lovely, I agree! :D Luckily it was always easy to quickly visit Germany from Arnhem, to pick up a couple of bags…
