I used to eat those Calorie Balance cookies in middle school! I used to think they tasted good, but I tried them last year and found them kind of . . . dry. And heavy. (Well, 326 KCal per pack, eh? Fair enough…)
But yeah. Kneeling in prayer for 123 min. or standing for 103 min in church. I LOVE IT! Calorie Balance is apparently not only good for your diet but also but your salvation.

These are actually like shortbread, with candied fruits. The ingredients mention sugar and butter! What the hell? Surely they could save more calories by using butter flavour (like Pretz)… man… Thanks for confirming what they are!
I sure could use a bit of support with a diet but… hahahaha. Yeah, it was amazing (wasn’t from the official site though). XD

It’s possible to eat anything you want without counting calories (which is something I used to do when I was a teen and I HATED IT) without gaining more circumference. The wonrous solution is called EXERCISE

Also depends on what kind of calories you devour I guess. I’ve seen people eat a few candybars instead of healthy meals because it totalled up to less calories. T_T Yes, exercise…

I hear buddhist praying works wonders for your biceps/triceps definition.

I’d cramp up. But it still sounds more attractive than sitting/standing in a church doing nothing, haha.
